To whom it may concern,

We here at 4everMoments' Photography have pioneered the concept of selling our images directly to the public on quality CD's. The copyrights to our images that are on each CD are transferred directly, entirely, completely and for the duration of the copyright term (Currently 95 years from the date printed on the front of the CD pursuant to Public Law 105-298 enacted on October 27^th, 1998.) to the purchaser of the physical CD which contains the images.
We include a Copyright Release printed right on the front of each CD, releasing copyright ownership to the holder of the CD. The verbiage clearly states "COPYRIGHT RELEASE" and reads as follows:
"4everMoments" forever transfers copyright ownership of these images to the holder of the CD.

This statement not only gives the holder of the CD the right to print or have printed the images on the CD, it actually transfers the ownership of the copyright itself on those images to them.
Since our company 4everMoments' owns the copyrights to all of the images created by each of our photographers collectively by a written contractual agreement, no individual signature is necessary on each CD for the release to be legally binding.
